I'm Elliot. I've worked in hospitality for years, including sales for some of the best specialty coffee roasters around, locally and interstate. I've helped plenty of cafes get off the ground and get better.

I started Chase to do it my own way: independent, honest, and genuinely useful. I'm not here to sign you onto anyone's program. I'm here to help you build a cafe that runs better and makes better coffee.

I've worked across heaps of roasters and know just about everyone in the game, so I can point you at what genuinely suits you: premium when it's worth it, cost-conscious when it counts.
